The team led by Mr. Meng has developed a diversified range of products using pine nuts as the core raw material, including pine nut oil, coated pine nut kernels, and pine nut paste. Pine nut oil, used as a base oil or as a flavoring ingredient, possesses unique physicochemical properties and nutritional components (such as pinolenic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids). Coated pine nut kernels enhance taste and improve preservation. Pine nut paste expands consumption scenarios and enriches the product forms of pine nuts, thereby achieving comprehensive utilization of pine nut resources.
